This is an existing mandatory phase of MCTP for officers of Gr. III of IFS (Joint Secretary level).

Objectives:

MCTP Phase-III aims to provide senior officers with the information about expectations from them in pursuit of specific national interests. Strategic thinking and Strategic communications are key elements of this Program, apart from understanding global geo-political, geo-economical and geo-technical landscapes where our national interests intersect. For MCTP-III, SSIFS always explores partnerships with more institutions which could be co-opted for dealing with some of the modules with specialised domain expertise, keeping in mind the contemporary trends and developments. Visiting States and understanding their expectations from our senior Diplomats is also integral part of MCTP III.

Methodology:

Adapted training approach for MCTP-III is more focussed on interactive sessions and visits.
